How Park Vega Waterpark thrilled Guests on Valentine's Day

It was a Valentine like no other as West Africa’s first international standard waterpark, Park Vega Waterpark, showed why it’s currently Africa’s most preferred location for fun-seekers and excitement buffs as the Park held a party with series of activities.

The Valentine’s day event was tagged, Bikini Wave Party and started with free samplings offered by some beverage companies who used the captive ambience of the Park to connect with premium customers.

Guests who wanted a getaway experience came from Lagos, PH, Abuja, and Ghana. They lodged at nearby hotels just 4 minutes’ drive from the Waterpark. While those that came from neighbouring locations such as Onitsha, Benin, Warri, Asaba, and some other places not far from the Park went back home the same day.

Activities such as sliding, swimming and competition on the Multi-surf slides, Attraction pool, Freefall slides, Wave pool, dancing were all part of the event.

All guests received well-packaged complimentary Valentine cakes from the Park’s Food and Beverage Department which saw many devouring as received. The highlight of the day was the performance of salsa dancers, much to the excitement of the guests, who wasted no time to join in and received free tuition on how to dance Salsa.

The event came to an end but most of the guests didn’t want to leave as they stayed behind till 7 pm knowing the Park closes by 6 pm. The fun was so memorable that many requested a monthly repeat of the event. But every day can’t be Valentine. Hey! Easter is peeping.
